Steps to Reproduce:

• Open the URL
• Goto Control panel - Users > Roles
• Roles page will be appear
• Using Jaws
• Traverse using the tab key through the main menu options and listen to the screen reader announcement

Expected Result:
The state of the option among the other 5 options (Regular Roles, Sites Roles, Organization Roles, Asset Library Roles, Account Roles) should announce by the screen reader so that user can distinguish between them that which one is activated

Actual Result:
The screen reader is announcing as all the 5 options as link and is not announcing about the current page so it may create confusion for the user to distinguish between the available option
