Steps to Reproduce:

• Open the URL
• Go to Control Panel - Users > User Groups
• Check the checkbox with the Color Contrast Analyzer
• Enter the following

  Foreground: #D9DAE2
  Background: #FFFFFF
  

• Observe the page

Expected Result:
Verify that the visual presentation of user interface components and graphical objects has a contrast ratio of at least 3:1 with adjacent colors.

Actual Result:
Checkbox contrast ratio is 1.4:1
