Steps to Reproduce:

• Open the URL
• Goto Control panel - Users and Organizations
• Edit Test Test user
• Using Jaws
• Go contact tab > select contact information
• Add a message for skype
• Save the changes
• Observe the "Call This User"

Expected Result:
Do it like export/import, "Call This User" shows the underline directly.

Actual Result:
The "Call This User" Link is only distinguishable by color (The underline will be displayed when hovering it).

Tomcat 9.0.65 + MySQL 8.0
