Steps to Reproduce:

• Open the URL
• Navigate to Site Builder > Pages > Home > Open Page Options Menu > Configure > Custom Meta Tags
• Give it the name and navigate to the Custom Meta Tags tab
• Use CCA
• Type the following

  Foreground: #A7A9BC
  Background: #FFFFFF
  

• Observe the page

Expected Result:
All regular text should meet the color contrast ratio of at least 4.5: 1

Actual Result:
The gray text "These tags will be included in the head of this page." color contrast ratio is 2.3:1
