Steps to Reproduce:

• Open the URL
• Turn on JAWS
• Go to Control Panel - Users > Roles
• The role page will be appear
• Use tab key from the beginning for skip to content and activate it & listen to the screen reader announcement

Expected Result:
when user press enter on skip to main content and tab it should not go back to skip to main content again. Focus should go to main content of the page

Actual Result:
After clicking on Jump to main Content link which is announced by screen reader is not working and user is not able to navigate main region of the page
