Steps to Reproduce:

• Open the URL
• Turn on JAWS
• Go to Control Panel - Users > Roles
• The role page will be appear
• Navigate to the 3-dot next to the Administrator in the table and listen to the screen reader announcement

Expected Result:
Some additional information should announce with the option so that user can differentiate between the two same named option and their purpose

Actual Result:
There are multiple "Menu(three dot)" option present on the page while the purpose is not clear as any additional information is not getting announced
