Steps to Reproduce: 

• Use JAWS
• Navigate to Control panel > Sites
• Navigate to the toolbar Toggle Info Panel ("i") icon and press space/enter to assert a sidebar appear on the right

 

Expected Result:
The focus should move to the newly appeared info panel.

Actual Result:
The focus goes to the next button "Show View Options" instead.
