Steps to Reproduce:

• Open the URL
• Navigate to People > Segments
• Add a new segment
• Using CCA
• Type the following

  Foreground: #80ACFF
  Background : #FFFFFF
  

• Observe the page
• Then using the CCA check the more options button color contrast in the table
• Type the following

  Foreground: #F7F8F9
  Background :#FFFFFF
  

Expected Result:
Minimum required ratio for non text content is 3:1

Actual Result:
The segment name color contrast is 2.3:1
The more options button color contrast is 1.1:1
