Steps to Reproduce: 

• Use JAWS
• Navigate to Product menu > People > Segments
• Navigate to the menu "Filter and Order" button and assert the SR announces
   

Expected Result:
SR should read as "Filter and Order button menu, to activate press enter".

Actual Result:
SR just read as "Filter and Order button menu", missing how to make it active.
