Steps to Reproduce: 

• Use JAWS
• Navigate to Portal Home page and assert the focus page is on Home page
• Navigate to the page menu of Home by Tab key and assert the SR announces
   

Expected Result:
SR should read the Home menu tab as "Home tab, 1 of 18. Expanded. To move through items press up or down arrow".

Actual Result:
SR didn't read the focus page menu with a status of expanded. SR just read as "menu, Site Pages menu, Home. 1 of 1. To move through items press up or down arrow".
