Steps to Reproduce:

• Open the URL
• Add a new page and put the Calendar portlet on it
• Add an event, input the event title
• Using CCA
• Type the following

  Foreground : #EABCBC
  Background : #F3E6E1
  

• Observe the page

Expected Result:
The minimum required ratio of regular text is 4.5:1

Actual Result:
The color contrast ratio is 1.4:1
