Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a site
2. Add an asset library and connect it to the site
3. Go to asset library > DM to add a document
4. Add a page to the site and the AP widget to the site
5. Navigate to AP configuration
6. Select "Manual" under the Asset Selection section
7. Select the connected asset library in the Scope section
8. Expand the Asset Entries section
9. Click 'Select in Test Depot Name' and select Basic Document
10. Assert the Select Basic Document page shows the document in asset library

Expected result:
it shows the document in asset library.

Actual result:
It shows the site scope, which is the same with clicking 'Select in site' button

Tomcat 9.0.68 + MySQL 5.7.
