Summary: It's not possible to download from the attachment on My Workflow Task

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Menu > Control Panel > Objects
2. Create Custom Object
3. Add Custom Object
4. Add Custom Attachment Field
5. Publish
6. Go to Menu > Applications > Process Builder
7. Click on Configuration Tab
8. Set Custom Object as Single Approver
9. Go to Custom Object entries
10. Add new entry (attachment)
11. Click on User Icon
12. Click on My Workflow Tasks
13. Click on the task
14. Try to download attachment

 Actual Result: Not possible to download from the attachment field

Expected Result: Is possible to download it from the attachment field
