Asset publisher error if configure a collection without Guest permissions

 Step to reproduce:

1. Add a new site
2. Add a new basic web content and edit its permission to unset the permissions for Guest and Site Members
3. Add a new dynamic collection to display all types of content and edit its permission to unset the permissions for Guest and Site Members
4. Add a new widget page
5. Add an Asset Publisher and select the created dynamic collection
6. Add a new Web Content Display and select the created content.
7. Checkpoint: the created web content is displayed in both widgets
8. Open an incognito window, don't log in, and go to the widget page

 Expected Results:
As the user hasn't permission both widgets should display nothing

 Actual Results:
The asset publisher displays an unexpected error and the console shown an error (see attached log)
