Entries from "Create and Relate" are not being displayed in the relationship tab

Description:
When creating a new entry in a related Object via a relationship tab, the new entry is not being displayed when returning to relationship tab

Scenario One
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Control Panel -> Objects
2. Create two objects scoped by Site (e.g. Address and Person)
3. Add a field of any type to both Objects
4. Add an One to Many relationship from Person to Address
5. Go to the object Person, create a new Layout and mark it as Default
   1. Create a field tab and add the created field
   2. Create a relationship tab and add the created relationship
6. Save and publish both objects
7. Go to Control Panel -> Sites
8. Create a new blank Site
9. Go to the object Person and add a entry
10. Go to the relationship tab and add a new entry on the related object (Address)
11. Back to the relationship tab

Expected Result:
The created entry (on Address) should be displayed under the relationship tab.

Actual Result:
The entry is created but it's not being displayed under the relationship tab.
Note that if you go to the object Address screen, the entry was created.
