The Amazon Rankings portlet in WSRP doesn't display the setup options when the user clicks "configure"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy the WSRP plugin
2. Create a producer, select 'Amazon Rankings' from the available portlets and move it to the current portlets and save
3. Create a consumer and enter the producer's URL and save
4. Click on the action tab next to your created consumer and select 'Manage Portlets'
5. Add the Amazon Rankings portlet
6. Return to Liferay, and add the Amazon Rankings portlet under Add > WSRP > Amazon Rankings
7. Click on the wrench icon and select configure. The "setup" options do not appear
