User Story 
As Admin of Testray, I want for it to have clear roles and permissions for the Portlet actions. 

Acceptance Criteria 
1. There should be four roles: "Testray Administrator", "Test Lead", "Testray Analyst" and "Testray User". 
    1.2 Follow link for reference: https://issues.liferay.com/browse/LPS-34333. 
2. There should be 4 main permissions: 
     2.1 Create - Allows user to create things. 
     2.2 Delete - Allows user to delete things. 
     2.3 Update - Allows user to make updates. 
     2.4 View - Allows user to see content. 
3. Follow matrix to provide permissions for each role: 
(Subtitle > x:yes -:no)

4. Changes in the interface are possibly going to be necessary.
