Cannot Access My Posts Link with Kaleo Deployed in SQL Server 2005

User cannot access My posts tab from Message boards when kaleo is deployed. User also sees exceptions in console.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Deploy Kaleo-webs
2) Select Single Content Approver from Workflow configurations for Message Board Posts
3) Post New Thread and submit for publication
4) Click on My Posts Tab

User will see nothing on the next screen and an exception in console.
