Couldn't select related assets if the asset title contains single quote

1. Add the affected Components assets to a test page.
2. Add some contents to those assets,but the assets title need containing single quote.
3. Edit one asset,like Document Library,select other asset.you would find the link doesn't work.
But if the assets title doesn't containing single quote,they are working well.
