Deploy JSF 2.0 Portlet makes AddNew user page bad functionality

I create persistence services by service builder of Liferay IDE by using of Liferay SDK 6.0.6 , because in liferay sdk 6.1.0 the service builder doesn't work , and then copy generated files into a JSF 2.0 Portlet project. After deploying the Portlet works fine But i can not add new user nor i can not add new folder to image gallery. in both portlets texts convert to links ! and by click on them liferay redirect me to view page. i see generated codes and it seems link for "<<" back link wrap all other labels and text boxes !!

Attachment is that portlet along with persistence service jar file. i remove default jar files.
