Display Date and Expiration Date validation is not happening while editing the Article

The validation is not happening while scheduling the Edited content of the article.
After editing the Article's content while trying to schedule using the Date pickers provided for Display Date and Expiration Date the validation is not happening.

Even if the Display Date is less than current Date the content is getting published.
For the Expiration date also even if it is less than current date and less than Display Date showing no error.
But it should provide the proper validation from the End user perspecttive.

FYI. I have added the code to enable the Date, month and year of expiration date.

Please suggest if there is any fix provided for this ASAP?
