Documents and Media - Deleting a folder through the Actions button causes error message

Deleting a folder, with a document inside the folder, through the Actions button causes the following error message, "The folder could not be found."

1. Create a page and add the Documents and Media portlet
2. Create a folder and add a file into that folder
3. Go back to the home directory and select the folder by checking the top left box
4. Click on Actions > Delete

If you delete the folder by clicking on the dropdown on the top right side, the folder gets deleted and it takes you back to the Documents and Media portlet with the message "There are no documents or media files in this folder." Deleting the folder through the Actions button should follow the same behavior.
