      Description

      If an user has his/her database configured in portal-ext, per example MySQL, setup wizard should compare if those properties are equals than properties written at the input form.

      If they are equals, it doesn't have to reload database context, just use current.

          PASSED Manual Testing with the following steps.

          1. Configure portal-ext with the following properties
            setup.wizard.enabled=true

            jdbc.default.driverClassName=net.sourceforge.jtds.jdbc.Driver
            jdbc.default.url=jdbc:jtds:sqlserver://localhost/lportal
            jdbc.default.username=sa
            jdbc.default.password=password

          2. Create 'lportal' database in MySQL
          3. Start Liferay
          4. Assert that Liferay starts with lportal database in MySQL
          5. Assert Database Type is MySQL and JDBC URL is configured to hit 'lportal' database
          6. Click the "Finish Configuration" button
            • Assert that the console does not reload database
            • Assert Liferay starts successfully

          Fixed in:
          Tomcat 7.0.21 + MySQL 5. 6.1.x Revision: 93248.
