Almost final patch with many improvements.
Now all videos are HTML5, except audio (player is still flash player).

Let user create two file formats (1 or both): MP4, OGV.

This will let user chose the target for videos (Chrome, IE, Firefox...).

          Bug fixings....

          And many hard work!!

          My suggestion for testing this:

          • Enable (and install) Xuggler.
          • Enable mp4 and/or ogv video containers in portal-ext.properties (search for "container" in portal.properties).
          • If mp4 enabled, when viewing video it should display native video player in browser (not flash player). This should show in Chrome, Chromium, Safari, IPad, Iphone, etc. When seeking video to a part of it should play that part without downloading the entire file.
          • If ogv enabled, it should display native video player in Firefox, Opera, Android (2.3+ I guess). Seeking should work too (same as previously).
          • If mp4 enabled, test in IE and check that flash player is shown. Check that video can be played without downloading entire file (pseudostreaming). Seeking doesn't work here.
          • Disable mp4 and/or ogg, and check that flash player is shown depending this value (if mp4 is disabled, flash player should be shown in Chrome, etc., if ogg is disabled, flash player should be shown in Firefox, Opera, etc).
          • Check that video fits properly in DL view document, and Media Gallery slideshow.

Video playback in Internet Explorer 9 fails, when dl.file.entry.preview.video.containers=mp4 is enabled and when it is set to null as well.

Closing the ticket as per Alex's request, making a new one specifically for IE9. (LPS-23420)
