Go to a user's control Panel -> My Pages.
Go to Private Pages
Go to Import/Export
Go to Export
Export as LAR
Go to Public Pages
Go to Import/Export
go to Import
Import the same LAR

Liferay reports import successful, but public pages do not get updated.
