      Description

This new feature provides a framework so that portlets can allow users to flag content as inappropriate and send an email to the administrators with this information.

This has been applied to the Blogs and Message Boards core portlets which will display a red flag icon to allow the user to flag their blog entries or posts specifying a reason for doing it (optional). The default available reasons for flagging content are the same as in Youtube but they can be modified through properties. Guest users can be enabled through properties to flag content.

A new taglib has been done called liferay-ui:flags. (It is prepared to allow to flag content in other portlets or even full pages)

The taglib liferay-ui:icon has been modified to allow the icon to change when the mouse hovers the image.

A new javascript method has been added to util.js (toggleSelectBox) which toggles a div when the user selects a value in a a select box.

Configuration in message boards have been modified to group several tabs in just one called "general".
