      Description

      Using TEXT column for extraSettings cause problems in Oracle when using the column in string comparation.

      For example: using this query

      SELECT
      				COUNT(DISTINCT DLFileEntry.fileEntryId) AS COUNT_VALUE
      			FROM
      				DLFileEntry, DLFileVersion
      			WHERE
      				(CAST_TEXT(DLFileEntry.extraSettings) != '') OR
      				(
      					(DLFileVersion.fileEntryId = DLFileEntry.fileEntryId) AND (CAST_TEXT(DLFileVersion.extraSettings) != '')
      				)

      will cause an error in Oracle because we are comparing CLOB with String
