Clicking Checkin causes the Document and Media Portlet to be unavailable and causes console errors

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Add the Documents and Media portlet
      2. Add a document
      3. Checkout the document
      4. Checkin the document

      Current Outcome: The portlet will show an "unavailable" message (see screen shot) and the console will display errors (see attachment).
