Guest user is able to view Asset Publisher portlet without content

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1) Add Page
      2) Add Asset Publisher Portlet to page
      3) Verify SA can see blue box with message, "There are no results."
      4) Sign out of SA
      5) Guest user can still see blue box message.

        • There is a known workaround**

      6) Log back in as SA
      7) Add asset publisher portlet to welcome page
      8) Go to Control Panel > Server Administration
      9) Execute Clean Up Permissions
      10) Log out of SA

      Guest User will no longer be able to see the portlets.
