Steps to reproduce:
1- Install web form plugin
2- Drag and drop in a page
3- Go to portlet configuration
4- Add a translation for the Rating field
5- Add a translation for the Comments field
6- Change the order of the two last fields (2- Comments, 3- Rating)
The configuration pop-up shows incorrect data for those fields: both share the same translations, Comments has the options of Rating, the names of the fields are incorrect, etc.
The priority of the ticket is Minor because the data is stored properly in the database. If you close the pop-up and open the configuration again, the data is shown correctly.
