Extend "Teams" feature to Personal Sites

Since Teams are just a way to group users, maybe it could be use to organize relationships between Personal Site owners and their members (currently called Friends). With this feature, users would be able to categorize the members of their personal sites into friends, coworkers, or whatever they desire, and it would align with Liferay's permission system.
