Regression Bug
Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Control Panel > Calendar > Add Event
2. Enter in "Test" in title field and click Save
3. Click Actions > Edit near Event
4. Under Repeat, select the radio button for "Monthly" and select the radio button "End by" and click Save
You will get an error in the console and it becomes unresponsive. (See attachment) This also occurs with repeating yearly date and repeating yearly day events.
