Steps to reproduce:
1. Add "setup.wizard.enabled=true" in portal-ext.properties.
2. Start portal.
3. Open http://localhost:8080.
4. Change first name, last name and email address in wizard.
5. Finish and sign in successfully.
6. Navigate to admin account. (Admin account details display correctly)
7. Create a new portal instance.
8. Sign in the new portal instance as admin.
9. See instance admin account details.
Screen name and email address don't match in the new portal instance. See uploaded attachment files.
