Allow restoring of deleted documents from Documents and Media portlet

      Description

      Currently if a user accidentally deletes a document from the Documents and Media portlet, the user has no way to easily restore the document.

      After this feature is implemented, as an end user, I can easily restore files I've deleted by going to the recycle bin to restore files that have been deleted lately.

      Whenever a document is deleted, keep it temporarily so that it can be access and restored from a recycle bin application.

      The recycle bin application should be available through the control panel menu for each site.

      PERMISSIONS FOR RECYCLE BIN

      Access to the Recycle bin portlet would follow the same permissions as other Control Panel portlets

      Ability to view a document in the Recycle Bin will be available to users who had view permissions on the document when it was deleted.

      Ability to restore a document in the Recycle Bin will be provided to users who had update or delete permissions on the document when it was deleted.

      This implementation should take into account that the Recycle bin will support other portal asset types in the future.
