      Description

      Allow creation of nested inner parameters. For example, the following sudo-call:

      '$user[firstName] = /user/get-user-by-id': {
      	'userId': 1234,

      	'$xyz = /xyz/get': {
      		x: 123,
      		'$aaa = /aaa/get': {
      			z: 789
      		}
      	}
      }

      should give this result:

      {
      	firsName: 'edaurdo',
      	'xyz': {
      		x : 123,
      		// RIGHT
      		'aaa': {
      			z : 789
      		}
      }

      and not this (as it is now}:

      {
      	firsName: 'edaurdo',
      	'xyz': {
      		x : 123
      	},
      	'aaa': {
      		z : 789
      	}
      }
