Staging - Unable to disable the automatic propagation of changes for a page template

    Description

      A user is unable to disable "Automatically apply changes done to the page template" while the site is staged

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Navigate to "Control Panel -> Site Settings"
      2. Click Staging
      3. Click Local Live
        • Flag Enabled on Public Pages under Page Versioning
        • Flag Enabled on Private Pages under Page Versioning
        • Click Save
      4. Click Site Pages
      5. Click Add Page
        • Enter Blog Test Page in the Name (Required) field
        • Select Blog from the Template drop down
        • Click Add Page
      6. Click Blog Test Page
      7. Unflag "Automatically apply changes done to the page template Blog.
      8. Click Save
        • "Automatically apply changes done to the page template Blog. remains flagged
      9. Navigate to the staged page
        • The page is still linked to a page template
