Unable to Add Attachment and Child Page in Knowledge Base (Display) Article

      Description

      The User is unable to add an Attachment and Child Page to an Article in the Knowledge Base Display portlet.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Deploy the knowledge-base plugin
      2. Add a Page
      3. Add the Knowledge Base (Display) portlet
      4. Click Add Article
      (a) Title: KB Article 1
      (b) Description: KB Article 1
      5. Click Add Attachments >>

      FAIL - A Blank Window displays and does not give the User the option to upload a file

      6. Click Save
      7. Click KB Article 1
      8. Click 'Add Child Article' link

      FAIL - The System does not allow the User to add a Child Article
