Portal -> Portal Settings -> Authentication -> LDAP -> LDAP Servers -> Add button -> Add LDAP Server screen
1. I can add a server without name. If I did it two times, I don't know which should I choose.
2. The server name is not unique, so I can make two servers with the same name.
I think the Server Name should be required and unique.
