Delete Missing Pages option during Publish deletes all live pages except the selected pages

      Description

      If you publish a single page and select delete missing pages it will delete all pages except the selected page.

          PASSED Manual Testing using the following steps:

          1. Add a new page "test1".
          2. Go to Control Panel > Site Settings >Staging.
          3. Click the radio of Local Live and save.
          4. Back to liferay.com.
          5. Click staging tab.
          6. Add a new page "test2".
          7. Publish to live now > change Selection.
          8. Choose the page "test2".
          9. Click Delete Missing Pages.
          10. Click Publish button.
          11. Back to liferay.com.
          12. Click Live tab.

          Reproduced on:
          Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1.20 GA2.

          There is only page "test2".

          Fixed on:
          Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1.x EE GIT ID: 14d8add6237bc38a42e06d41b4797945405596bf.

          There are "test1" and "test2".
