      Description

      Hello,

      we currently run 6.1.0 GA1 in production and wanted to use the knowledge base to create multi-lingual online documentation for our users.

      Unfortunately neither 6.1.0 GA1 nor 6.1.1 GA2 seem to support multiple languages in knowledge base.

      Given that (almost) everything can be translated in Liferay we believe that this should be a necessary enhanced.
      Given that since 6.1.1 GA2 the knowledge base is provided as a plug-in through the marketplace, it would be nice if these enhancements could be provided without having to wait for a new Liferay release.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1) add the knowledge base portlets to a page
      2) create a knowledge base article
      3) try to translate the content into a different language
