NoSuchFileException halts upgrade from 5.2 SP5 to 6.1 GA2 when using JCRStore

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Setup JCR (add "dl.store.impl=com.liferay.portlet.documentlibrary.store.JCRStore" to portal-ext)
      2. Import document into 5.2.9
      3. Back up database
      4. Delete document in 5.2.9, document will delete in JCR along with database entry.
      5. Reimport dump, so that database entry for document is present in database, but not in JCR
      6. Upgrade to 6.1.20.

        If needed, we used these properties in portal-ext during the upgrade as well:

        Portal Legacy 5.2

        PASSED Manual Testing following the steps in the description.

        Reproduced on:
        Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1.20 EE GA2.

        NoSuchFileException halts upgrade, the upgrade fails.

        Tomcat 6.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.0.x GIT ID: 50772ebd7eae3df2b652c4b03ff5831843deabc3.
        Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.1.x EE GIT ID: dff75a26e7bc006090724d7906dc023e8ad5267d.
        Tomcat 7.0 + MySQL 5. Portal 6.2.x GIT ID: 02fcacb2dd1bf930e32bd320cdc8c6ccb236b5d0.

        To test it on 6.2.x, try to upgrade from 5.2.8 to 6.2.x.

        The upgrading successfully.
