    Description

      There is currently no option to upload a file in the Plugins Installation in the Control Panel. You can only do it by deploying it manually into the hot deploy folder. This affects people who are creating portlets/plugins/themes who do not have direct access to the hot deploy folder. There should be some way for those people to deploy.
