Add a method to UserImpl to get the private layout url

      Description

      Currently we have user.getDisplayURL() which gives you the public URL.
      We need another one to get the private, to avoid hacking like this forum post shows - http://www.liferay.com/es/community/forums/-/message_boards/message/10923585
