      Summary of issue:
When adding a table to a wiki page in either of the 6.1 GA2 releases they GUI appears to have not have finished development and is missing property fields such as table height and width, number of rows, columns, etc.(see screenshot)

In addition to this if the user continues and attempts to use the default 3x3 table that is created (there are no options to change it as the GUI elements are missing as stated above). When the page is published the table is removed from the page.

      Steps to reproduce:
      Issue part 1:

      1. Download vanilla 6.1GA2 either CE or EE variant
      2. Install
      3. Add wiki portlet to homepage
      4. Add a new wiki post
      5. In the wiki WYSINWYG editor click on the add table button
      6. Key property entry fields are missing from the GUI (screenshot1)

      Issue part 1:

      1. Follow the steps above and click the "OK" button in the "Table Properties" GUI
      2. This will add a default 3x3 table to the editor (Screenshot2)
      3. Add some test text to the table (Screenshot2)
      4. Publish the wiki page the table will be missing (screenshot3)
      5. Edit the wiki page. The table is also now missing from the editor (screenshot4)
