Git Pull Request:
Description: Microsoft Outlook when exporting calendars as a .ics is leaving out a SUMMARY; line for certain events. Liferay will not import these events. It will however accept them if you manually add in the SUMMARY; line.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Start up a clean bundle of Liferay 6.1 GA2.
2) Add the Calendar Portlet.
3) Import testfail.ics, it will produce an ERROR on the portlet itself.
4) Click Back on the portlet and import testsuccess.ics and it imports fine.
