As a content manager I should be able to browse folders when selecting assets that support folders

The "select web content" from the web content display folder doesn't show the web content in the folder structure. We need to update the UI to reflect the changes made in the Web Content from the Control Panel.

This affects documents, bookmarks and web content in several places like web content display, asset publisher or related assets selector
