Edit Template Link in Web Content Editor is Broken

The edit template link send the user to a blank page and displays a console error (below).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add a Structure
2. Add a template (based on the structure)
3. Add a web content based on the structure
4. Click the Edit link for templates (see screenshot)
