Description: When replying with quotes, if the quoted text is too big it will run out of the quote box.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Start Liferay
2) Add the Message Board Portlet.
3) Make a long string of text of the same letter as a first post.
4) Reply with quotes and publish to the first post.
Expected: Quoted text to remain in quote box.
Actual: Quoted text runs outside quote box.
