As a user when viewing an All Day Event, I should be able visualize the days the event occur and not care about the time

      Description

      Currently when you create an All Day Event and view the Event, the time stamp "12:00am - 11:59pm" will display under the When section which is not necessary.

      Also when the All Day Event is greater than one day, the text should display the starting day and ending day ie "Tue, December 18 - Wed, December 19"
