Guest unable to view documents in Documents and Media portlet if documents are added through Control Panel
Steps to Reproduce:
- Navigate to Control Panel > Documents and Media
- Click Add > Multiple Documents
- Add multiple files Viewable by Anyone(Guest)
- Click Back to Liferay
- Add Documents and Media portlet
- Click Gray options button next to Home > Permissions
Guest view permissions are unflagged - Log out
- "You do not have the required permissions." display in the Documents and Media portlet
Guest is unable to view documents in Documents and Media portlet if documents are added through Control Panel first
If the user adds the portlet first and then adds the documents through the control panel, Guest view for Home is flagged and guests can see all the documents in Home.
Expected: Guest to be able to view documents regardless of where documents were added, Guest View permissions for Home is flagged
Actual: Guest can only view documents if the portlet is added before adding documents via control panel, Guest View permissions for Home is NOT flagged
